01Introduction

Skylartech Limited (“Skylartech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us when you use our website, book training, or engage our consulting services. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

02Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

Contact details
Name, email address, phone number and organisation, when you book training, contact us, or subscribe to our newsletter.
Usage data
Pages visited, time on site, and general device and browser information, collected automatically via analytics.
Cookie data
As described in our Cookie Policy.
Enquiry context
When you submit the contact form we record your approximate country, operating system, device type (phone, tablet or desktop), web browser, and the page you were on when you decided to enquire. This is sent with that single enquiry so we can route and prioritise it. It is category-level only: we do not use it to build a profile of you, and it is not kept alongside your message. Your IP address is read only to slow down automated spam submissions, is held in memory for that purpose, and is not written into the enquiry or retained afterwards. Unlike analytics, none of this is affected by your cookie choices, because it is needed in order to act on a request you have asked us to handle.

03How we use your information

  • To respond to inquiries and process training bookings
  • To send newsletters or updates you have opted into
  • To improve our website and service offerings
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

05Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

06Data sharing

We may share limited data with trusted service providers strictly to operate our services, and only under agreements that require them to protect your data. The providers that handle information you send through a form on this site are:

EmailJS
Delivers the contact and newsletter form submissions to our inbox, and any automated reply. It receives the details you typed into the form, together with the enquiry context described above.
Mailchimp
Holds newsletter subscriber details and sends the campaigns you have opted into.
Vercel
Hosts this website. It processes the technical information needed to serve and protect the site, including the approximate country described above.

07Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

08Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
